“Finding Legislative Intent” addresses the research process, focusing primarily on California statutes, but touching also on California regulations, Federal Statutes and regulations and research in other jurisdictions. “Using Legislative Documents” focuses upon the authorities for using legislative documents in litigation, and discusses basic principals applicable to arguing legislative intent. These programs are offered as a
free service to law firms and librarian or student groups interested in
legislative history and legislative intent, although in some cases we may
request that our travel costs be reimbursed. |
